This journey is not about fitting more into three days. It is about experiencing Cheow Lan Lake with enough time to notice how it changes — from one hour, one place, and one night to the next.

Leave the road behind and travel deeper into the lake. The first day is deliberately unhurried — time to settle in, explore, and begin adjusting to the rhythm of life on the water.

The second day belongs to the lake. Travel beyond the usual short-visit routes with your private boat and local guide, with time to explore rather than simply pass through.

DAY ONE
LEAVE THE ROAD BEHIND
THE JOURNEY INTO CHEOW LAN LAKE
Your journey begins at Ratchaprapha Pier, where the road ends and the lake takes over.
Travel by private longtail boat through limestone cliffs, open water and changing landscapes as you make your way towards your first floating resort.
There is no rush to arrive. The journey across the lake is part of the experience.
PRIVATE BOAT INTO THE LAKE
Meet your local guide at Ratchaprapha Pier and begin the journey by private longtail boat.
EXPLORE ALONG THE WAY
Continue through limestone passages, forested shorelines and quieter stretches of water, with time to stop when somewhere deserves more than a passing glance.
KLONG KA RAFTHOUSE
Arrive at Klong Ka Rafthouse and settle into your air-conditioned floating room with a private bathroom.
FIRST NIGHT ON THE WATER
Enjoy dinner at the floating resort and your first evening surrounded by the lake.
DAY TWO
DEEPER INTO THE LAKE
WHERE THE LAKE BECOMES WILDER
Wake on the water and leave Klong Ka behind.
Today the journey moves into Khlong Saeng — a remote part of the reservoir where forest, mountains and water begin to feel very different from the main lake.
With a private boat and local guide for the day, there is no need to race through it.
MORNING DEPARTURE
After breakfast, leave Klong Ka with your luggage and continue the journey by private boat.
KHLONG SAENG
Spend the heart of the day exploring one of the wildest parts of Cheow Lan Lake.
Travel slowly through remote waterways and forest edges, with your guide watching the conditions and deciding when it is worth stopping.
TIME, NOT A CHECKLIST
Some moments cannot be scheduled in advance. Wildlife, weather and the lake itself help shape the day.
LUNCH ALONG THE JOURNEY
Pause for lunch before continuing through the lake during the afternoon.
THE LAGUNA CHIEWLARN
By late afternoon, arrive at The Laguna Chiewlarn for your second night on the water.
Settle into your air-conditioned room with private bathroom and enjoy the evening at the resort.
Get some rest. Tomorrow begins earlier than usual.

Return to the floating resort for breakfast and enjoy your final moments at the resort.
