DAY 2 — MORNING SAFARI & DEPARTURE

Wake before breakfast and head onto the lake while the water is still quiet. Cruise slowly along rainforest shorelines as your guide searches for birds, monkeys and other wildlife.
Wildlife sightings are never guaranteed, but the early morning is one of the best times to experience the sounds and atmosphere of the surrounding forest.

Morning at Leisure

Travel across Cheow Lan Lake by private longtail boat, passing limestone mountains, rainforest-covered shorelines and quiet stretches of open water on the way to Phuphawaree.
Khao Sam Kloe Sightseeing
Stop at the famous Three Brothers limestone formations, one of the most recognizable landmarks on Cheow Lan Lake, with time for sightseeing and photographs.
Arrival at Phuphawaree
Continue deeper into the lake and arrive at Phuphawaree Floating Resort. Check in to your floating room and enjoy lunch surrounded by the lake and rainforest.
Afternoon | Bang Hoi Waterfall or Diamond Cave*
Set out again with your guide for the day's nature experience. Depending on conditions, explore Bang Hoi Waterfall through the rainforest or visit Diamond Cave to discover limestone formations beneath the mountain.
The route is selected according to weather, water levels and local conditions to provide the most suitable experience on the day.
Evening Wildlife Safari
As the afternoon cools, return to the boat and explore the forested shoreline. Your guide will look and listen for monkeys, hornbills and other wildlife that may become active around the lake before sunset.
Dinner & Overnight at Phuphawaree
Return to the floating resort for dinner and enjoy your first evening surrounded by Cheow Lan Lake.

Phuphawaree is a floating resort surrounded by nature, so the experience is different from staying at a conventional hotel. A little preparation will help you enjoy your time on the lake more comfortably.

Electricity is normally available from 5:00 PM–9:00 AM. Operating hours may occasionally change according to resort conditions.

Mobile signal is available in the area, although reception can vary depending on network provider and weather conditions.
